Hi guys,
Has anyone ever had issues getting acceptance or meeting the compliance needs with "pepperjam"
Best wishes
Generally if a site is rejected they'll tell you why, then it's simply a case of sorting it out to meet their standards. It's very rarely the end of the world... More often than not they'll give you a second chance once you've updated your site.
Hi Dale,
Thanks for the reply. I'm guessing it is because my site is too junior at this point. They gave me around 6 potential reasons why i may have failed on this occasion, but will just keep grinding until i meet the criteria :)
All the best and good luck
Justin

Compliance? - preparing website to meet expectations
Hi guys,

Hi Justin,
My application was rejected by Pepperjam when I applied. I was following the OEC training and applied to a few affiliate networks when I reached that lesson in the training, but was denied by two of the three to which I applied (the other rejection came from Avant Link).
One or both of the two listed the main reasons that applications are rejected, and after reading those, I realized that I had applied too soon, as they usually look for sites that have been around for several months (4-6 months, I think). One of them also said they prefer that affiliate sites have decent traffic; I think it mentioned Alexa ranking in the top 3 million, though it sounded like that wasn't a hard cutoff, just what was typical. I don't remember if that was with Pepperjam or Avant Link, though.
I wouldn't worry too much if your application is rejected, you can always apply again after it has aged enough and you've added more content. Depending on your niche, there probably are other networks that will be a good fit in the meantime (and could even make Pepperjam an afterthought). As an FYI, I applied to Shareasale at the same time as Pepperjam and Avant Link and was accepted.
Hope this helps,
Jordan
Thanks for the reply Jordan!
I'm not disheartened just keen to progress, if the time is not right with pepper jam right now I'll continue to look around. In hindsight, my site is probably not developed enough which I can appreciate. I will look into Avant though as I'm already with ShareASale and see what happens down that route.
Best wishes and thanks for the reply
