2 1/2 weeks in...

Before I came to WA, I found a few videos on youtube about how certain gurus (who talk like Dracula) or "lazy stoners"make money through affiliate marketing. I watched countless hours, taking a lot of notes, and actually gaining a lot of helpful information (and a lot of crap, too).

I had a few ideas for niches when I got here, and finally chose one that almost seems ridiculous for a woman to be writing about, but it's happening.

After all those long videos, I had an idea of how things worked, but no clue really on how to get started. I needed someone to hold my hand. In comes WA.

I flew through early training because much of it was familiar, though I did do everything asked from me before I checked those boxes and moved on to the next lesson. Before I knew it, I had a site up and running. I started adding content. Much of this is new to me, especially the links to affiliate marketers, google plus, and adsense.

A few days ago, I made a facebook page for my website. Because this is such a weird niche for me to write about, and also because no one knows I am starting a business online, I decided to not share it on my page and pay a little bit for advertising through facebook. Not much at all, I had it set to $5/day for 7 days originally, but changed it to $10/day for 5 days. I also put the link on google plus, asking for help from my WA friends. As always, they delivered.

My Facebook Page has been up and running for 2 days.

I have been a member of WA for 17 days.

I currently have 57 likes on my Facebook Page.

I have had a total of 169 Unique Visitors, 203 Visits, and 364 page views to my website.

My grand total so far from adsense is $3.64
