Dropdown - do not have permission to preview drafts
Hello everyone
Right....I created dropdown menu - checked last night - all working.
Just tried again and I just get message 'you do not have permission to preview drafts' for every single post :o(
I saw another blog on this topic but not sure I have the same problem as I haven't activated any new plugins.
I did remove the categories archive widget but that's all.
I've checked my posts - all published.
I've checked my menu - all posts are subpages in their relevant place.
I did follow a members guidance regards creating drop down. She advised to add the long link such as this to each menu sub item URL: http://alcoholog.com/just-like-me?preview=true&pre...://http://alcoholog.com/just-like-me?preview=true&pre...
Could this be the problem? If I use http://alcoholog.com/just-like-me that doesn't work either.
Trying to think logically but I'm totally stumped :o(
Any help much appreciated, thank you

It sounds like you went to a lot of trouble to do the drop down menus or parent/child menus. This shouldn't be so hard so if you do want to know how just ask me. I usually do them backwards but I get there!
Thank you but done with the struggle. I just want to focus on content. I've learned loads with WA, I used all the lingo when I spoke to the web designer, but feels great to have handed the bits I struggled with over to someone else!
You guys have all been great.
However, I've bitten the bullet and hired a web company to set up & run my site for me so I can focus on content.
They are going to do SEO, social media, all of it. Make it mobile friendly.......everything Oh the RELIEF!
I will stay on WA but only as an observer & for tips on content - I upgraded to annual so I may as well make use for it (thank god for credit cards)
*I couldn't find any local companies to help with the Wordpress site. All the companies I rang said hardly anyone uses Wordpress any more & it's difficult to edit for mobile & if you don't do things spot on, Google will punish your site. So my current Wordpress site will be binned.
WA is great for those with time and/or a site that doesn't need much work, but I just don't have the time or energy for it all.
I do though have the drive and motivation to make my site work.
Good luck everyone
I am glad you found a solution that works for you! Keep up your work and take care of yourself and your family. What you are doing is important! Take care
