Hi Julie. Have you tried searching for a plugin that can help you with that?
In your wordpress admin area try searching for a plugin using something like "interactive content". Just see what comes up. You may need to test a few until you find one that works for you.

My website is called Optimum Health and I am not sure if I pick a theme that relates to this or any theme I like the look of and then I change the pictures and format.
You can change themes as many times as you want. You can even do live previews to see if you like them before changing.
