It means that the title for your article already exists and you'll have to choose a new one.
I'm sorry you're having trouble uploading images. I've only had an issue on a couple of occasions and that was when they had problems with the site. I always upload 200 x 200 and they work fine. Try clearing your cache and rebooting your system before trying again.
I'm not sure what you're issues are with the moderators. Sometime the language in some of the standard emails is blunt but that's not uncommon. If there is a specific problem you can always send a pm to Kyle about it.

The moderators threaten that they will close my account. That is too much since I have paid up my fees till 2016. If they continue to do this they will only encourage people to leave. In fact I do not come here so often although I have paid up because I am so sick of the moderators. I have found another site where the people are really nice.
Bad people should be exposed so that they will lose their power. They only thrive in secrecy.

I'm sorry you have had a poor experience. I really would mention it to Kyle. However, you are wrong in one respect. There are no fees to being a member of Street Articles.
I am sorry if you are not getting as much as you want on this site. No one can make you come but I think you're missing out on a lot. There is some good training and a lot of good members willing to help if you're stuck. All you have to do is ask.

Each time you upload an image it defaults to something besides 200 X 200. I've had the same problem. Re-size the photo larger than the 200 x 200 then use WA re-size tool to bring it back within the limits.
WA does have a tool for cropping if your image is too large, but not too small. Hope that helps.
