Then you can downgrade or cancel your subscription.
I would not wait for Jaaxy to respond and cancel for you. Definitely take action yourself!

Really need help! I have done something really silly and I can't work out how to undo it. I thought my site (ascent theme) looked too white so I thought I would add an image.
The image should be in Appearance > Background. You should be able to select a "solid color" somewhere in those options.
Let us know if that works for you!

If its a background image that your trying to delete go to your website dashboard under the appearance tab and click on background. You should be able to delete the image from there.
