A Walk With My Dog, A Refreshing Habit.
Hello everyone,
Today I wanted to talk to you about a habit of mine that makes me feel positive.
Early in the morning when I wake up, I take the time to look to the roof of my bedroom and start thinking about different things, generally my blog, my parents, my wife and child and different business opportunities.
Then I generally go to the living room and start stretching, and do some exercises. This keeps me awake and fresh for the rest of the day.
Then arrives the moment I like, I take a shower (A fresh one) and go to walk with my Lab. His name is Gipsy. He's really adorable and I love him.
We have a park outside of my house and it is pretty cool to walk there. I walk and day dream and plan about my business. This moment is refreshing because, I am alone with my dog and no one is outside. I take the time to walk slowly and talk to myself.
I often ask questions and try to answer. It can be what is your strategy to drive traffic to your website?
How can I write about?
How can I really help people feel better?
How can I be better in life.
What are the things I really need?
These questions make me feel good and I am happy I have a habit that keeps me awake and happy.
