How to Use Essential Oils
I want to share my site with everyone and hopefully get some feedback or comments. I have been using essential oils since 2013 on myself and my family.
Back in 1994 I was diagnosed with Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. Since that time I have been through sixteen surgeries. I like to use essential oil to help relax my mind and body. There are many different qualities of oils and I only like to use pure high quality essential oils.
Many people don't know where to begin using essential oils and that is where I want to come in. I would like to help people understand all the different ways to use essential oils, how to choose which oils to use, and also where to buy essential oils. By sharing with people my personal experience with oils I hope to be able to steer them in the right direction.

I will be following you as you share the same common interest as my wife, in essential oil. She was quite pessimistic about me getting back into my passion in internet marketing however recently she is getting a little curious how the information and experience in using essential can be shared in the internet, and I'll be helping her to kick start.

I am sorry to hear you have Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. I did an article on Ulcerative Colitis which also includes a bit about Crohn's.

I am so glad there are others out there experiencing success with Crohn's. I do not have it, but I have witnessed a dear friend literally give doctor's the permission to take organs and part of parts out of her 15 year old child.....there was someone who had an amazing life story.
This person had gotten Crohn's when she was 11. She is now 63.
She shared with this person her heart story of how for so many years she was sick because Doctors told her to stay away from Fiber.
Now she has found the perfect thing for her body. She was so glad her mom stopped the Doctor from taking out her colon.
She had the living witness proof and years that were nightmares because doctors steered her away from what her body needed.
She had wonderful suggestions....unfortunately, the regular MDs who know nothing about nutrition had gotten her to fear doing anything else. Sad.
Hi Susan, I have had my share of encounters with doctors and prescription medication. In some cases, prescription medication is necessary and needed.
I have dedicated my site to the use of alternative remedies after confirming with your doctor first.
I know a friend who has Crohn's and she does have those bad days. Your friend has been suffering from this disease for a long time, I wish her well. She certainly has been through her medical nightmares and yes that is very unfortunate.
Diet and the proper nutritious foods are so very important. Most diseases are caused by the food and drinks we put into our bodies. I wish your friend good health and a path of recovery.

My 63 year old friend with Crohn's since age 11 is doing quite well now. I am told from her sister that for insurance purposes she had to go to the Dr. The same that used to care for her. The Dr was amazed at the difference. All the right nutrients and supplements made a difference. I consult her a lot.
