If I purchase yearly again, even though I’m already a yearly subscriber would this cover my 2nd year at this rate?

You can take advantage of the Black Friday sale right now and the extra year will be added on to your existing subscription. If your subscription is due to expire inOctober 2018 then the Black Friday deal will take you to October 2019. You will then be able to continue your membership every year for the Black Friday price.

I renew at the Black Friday price every July.

Oh that's great Marion thank you so much. x

Hi, as far as I know, what-ever the price was when you went yearly, was locked in as your price for life. However, I think if you want to reduce your yearly fees, you would have to cancel/leave and then return on BF offer next time, but don't tell anyone I said that, as it might be slightly unorthodox...or completely WRONG! : )

Yes, this time you're completely wrong. :)

lol! sorry : )

I can’t seem to find a way to make a site not live. I wanted to take sometime to put things together on the site before it went live, like on a normal WP site but can&rsq

Just don’t publish. Still save. It will be there waiting for you.

Hi,

Until you don't publish, everything is treated as a draft mode. And you can preview to make sure that everything looks according to your plan.
Publishing makes it alive.

Wishing you all the best,
Nadja

You can make a special menu with coming soon to the tabs for content you still have to create. The best way is to publish at once, but for up coming articles you can use this

Thanks Loes that's really helpful. x

Thank you, glad to be of assistance, Joanna

Need to cancel a website that I have linked to WA but was already an independent WP site and now I think I've buggered up the DNS.. So I am trying to cancel the site on WA but

If you want to Delete a site from WA its simple enough.
Site Manager then find the site you want to delete.
On the right side you will see the Details icon.(see pic)
You click on this and down at the bottom of the page you will see the button to Delete This Website.

Hi Robert and thank you so much for your reply, however, that's exactly what I did do but for some reason there was no response from the Delete Button. I just wondered if there was a blip on the system.

I refreshed and tried again but to no avail.

No glitch as far as I'm aware.
The system may be treating it as a Sub domain and it wont delete that because its part of a Main domain name.
I would contact Tech Support about it.
Robert-A

Thank you I’ll do that.

Could anyone please advise how much it would cost to renew a domain once transferred onto WA?

Also, what is the cost to purchase a Domain via WA?

Apologies if I

Just to verify, it's also $13.99 to renew when it comes due again, correct? If I have a .com.

Thanks :)

it should be locked in at whatever price you pay for it now, no hike on the second year

Oh, thanks so much!
I feel I should know this answer already but just wanted to be organized and double check.

Does the price ever go up? I thought I read something when I bought it but can't remember thanks...I mean I know it doesn't get raised the second year, but does it later?

That's so great, what a huge savings-okay thanks again! :)

There's no big hike planned, they really don't like upsells here whereas other platforms and companies tend to rely on charging you more the next time round

That's just another thing I Love about WA.
Okay, thank you again for your patience and help.

Have a great day/evening :)

Hi there,
The domain cost depends whether its a .com or .org. Mine is a .com, it costed me $13.99 USD. I hope this helps

That’s great thank you so much x

Hey Jo,

You only need to ask a question once. I have responded to this question already from: Thank you for understanding.

Triblu I do appreciate your time and response and apologise as I wasn’t aware that this question had been posted twice.

Hi all, I have been doing really well with some of my domains registered on Godday but for the few on 123 reg, this isn't proving to be as simple.

Could anyone point me

Hey Jo,

Google searching "change DNS on 123 reg" (without the quotation marks, of course) instructions were offered straight away, so you might want to run the same search.

DO read any instructions over thoroughly before making changes and keep track of ANY changes you make so that if worse comes to worse you can put things back the way they were.

Hope this helps you.

Thank you - feel s little silly now as I didn’t think of doing that. X

No problem Jo, you're not alone here. We've all made minor oversights before ... me too (shuckers!).
