Can organic traffic be fake?

I know i have been getting so much fake referral traffic and its driving me crazy, i am still trying to find a way to stop it so my stats will start getting better. Then i have been worrying about my organic traffic, for a while now i have only been getting 2-3 organic views. When i check what key words was used it only says not provided for the keywords , then if you look at the bounce rate it is 100% for all of the organic traffic which dont make sense. I also see this traffic going to same web pages of mine every time but i always think it is real. So i am not sure what to think anymore, i have been in the money making niche and my site is over a year old but i barely get any real traffic, just loads of fake traffic! I am getting really mad!
