Another New Adventure!
In July 2016, the Ketchum Family started on a new adventure. God had called us six years earlier to plant a church. After praying and seeking His wisdom, led us back home to Alabama. You see, we had lived in Colorado, close to the Rocky Mountains, for almost 14 years serving in ministry.
We started Exalt Community Church in Daphne, Alabama, along with the Odom family. Sean is a longtime friend and fellow pastor that I've known for 25 years. He is also from Alabama. God was calling us both back to Alabama to plant a church. When we discovered this, we knew it was a "God thing" and decided to plant together.
After 2 years, there have been ups and downs, however, our calling has not changed. We are 1000% committed still to this plant.
I do have a secular job and as of May 2018, I'm looking to supplement my income. I was introduced to Wealthy Affiliate by a fellow church planter, @brandonacox. From what I've learned so far, I'm really excited about this new adventure. I'm ready to dive in, ask more questions, and meet some of you at WA in the process! I believe this new adventure is gonna be cool!
