Hello everyone!
It is very difficult for me to think about writing at this moment.
It has only been nearly a week since we laid my mom to rest and I am still pretty raw deep down inside.
I asked Nick (jessiefido) to send out the below message letting you all know of my mom's passing.
I want to thank him very much for handling that for me. He did a great job and a wonderfully outstanding favor for me.
I also would like to thank everyone for the outpouring of condolences at a really bad point in my life. You all are wonderful and I'm so glad I'm part of this network. I truly appreciate all of you ❤.
I won't be answering the responses to Nick's post instead I decided to do it this way.
I know many of you wanted to hear from me, but it is too difficult to discuss. I hope you understand.
I probably won't be posting much anymore unless something significant happens.

My prayers are with you. I can not image your pain because I still have my mother but I have lost my dad so I have an idea of the pain that you are feeling during this time.

No worries - you absolutely don't need to take on the task of answering each post. Right now you're slowly adjusting to your new life without your Mom. It's a difficult time for sure (I've been there.) Gradually it will be easier, but I won't lie, it will take some time. Just be very kind and patient with yourself, and ignore anyone who says "aren't you over that yet?" They don't understand and haven't experienced it yet, so just remember that one day they too will be in this sorrowful place.
