11 Reasons Why Customers Don’t Trust Your Online Business [And What You Can Do To Fix It]
I recently came across this article online that explains why some customers do not trust you and your online presence. A lot of the points the author points out makes a lot of sense. I know I need to apply some of these practices to my own websites and keep in mind what may be deterring a customer from making a purchase on my website.
1. You leave poor first impression
2. You are not offering secure payment connection
3. People are not speaking about your product or service
4. You are too mysterious
5. It’s difficult to get hold of you
6. You are not active on social media
7. Your marketing campaigns are not personalized
8. You make promises you can’t keep
9. Your website isn’t mobile friendly
10. Links within your website direct users to the dead end
11. Your value proposition is not clear or you don’t even have one

Thank you for your blog post-Josephine, this reminds me that I have paid a lot of dead links on 1 of my websites due to an affiliate program closing, I need to take action quickly!
All the best to you.
