I'm not sure this is possible, however, you can see your achievements when looking at your profile and see your training activity by clicking on 'training'. Maybe this is something to suggest? I'm not entirely sure what you are wanting to see...

Hi Jeebey,
There are 3 things you can look back:
1. Your Profile
2. your blogs
3. your content for your own website at site content, that is if you use it from the beginning.
I know there might be more. And get a habit of keeping your post in your hard drive (internal or external)
