So many baby steps for me.
Every day, I'm expecting to really be having a lot of online engagement. My website is indexed but only contains 5 blog post and no email capture pages. I have much inside I'm trying to express to online entrepreneurs. Then it hit me. I have so much inside I'm trying to express to the world of myself.
Now this post is going to be bifurcated, cause sometimes I think that way. I realized I was trying to race to my wealth. Meaning, I'm trying to hurry up and implement years upon years of ideas, business plans and products, in the hope's of living a well off, stress free life. Has anyone else done this? Its definitely got me feeling like an under achieving crazy marketer.
Moreover the insanity of that is. God just helped me give up the big house, car, and corporate ball and chain. Now the fact that I need an income is definitely driving what I see as success. The doing just to do has been replaced with a new survival image. Now I have to figure this out, to eat. That's separate from the idea I need to replace my income.
Supporting ones self is very noble. This is one of my father's rites of passage. My zeal has been tempered by my wisdom. I'm keeping my drive to finish first and throttling my governor. I am working, learning, applying. And oh yeah "simplifying everything "
I also decided to just be proud of what I have done today and up until now. Tomorrow if I am blessed to see it. I will be proud of whatever I accomplish, and it will be something. Today I wrote two articles for my site and one blog post on Wealthy Affiliate. And about 15 Other minute task.

Hi, James one of the firest shocks to overcome, is the notion that we write something and the chords will come.
When we start no one knows us or anything about us.
We all have an abundance of ideas, the key is to get them down in text and when we start don't stop.
One of the best things to do is to be consistent.
Think about your words being like the little trickle high upon in the mountains, one day that trickle become an ocean.

Thank you, James. Great approach. I started a new Website and I identify with every word. I know better but sometimes I still find myself eager to get all the content out at once.
At the end of the day we are only humans, and we have to be careful not to compromise on the quality of the content in an attempt to get there faster than we can.
Just be consistent in your efforts, keep learning, and produce quality content for your readers. You will get there.
