We have a quotes coming to our mind if we care about our health that is ''An apple a day keeps the doctor away''. it is the most powerfood is advised by moms especially to their children. So what are the benefits of eating an apple a day?

. Apple are filled with soluble fiber ( 5 grams ). It can reduce intestinal disorders and possibly reduce the cancer.

. Release sugar slowly into the bloodstream.

. It can help to reduce cholesterol levels

. Study shows that it is helpful to control respiratory diseases like asthma.

. it decrease mucus and increase body fluids

. It can help to reduce skin diseases and kidney stone

. Apple produce supply of potassium which may promote heart health

There are more benefits eating apple in daily life as this also giving me help for better digestion and also a better stomach.

Is it applicable to my online business ? This thought coming to my mind often because working online asking me a discipline which is similar to ''one apple a day better for health''. I would not rather spoil my health sitting more hours straight in front of my computer to get more sales. is it a good habit? I doubt. So began to learn how I can do only specific improvements each day to my website. It would be better if I keep daily task in WA and take leisure time live happily with my family. Better !
