Changing my first website already!
So, I initially started creating my first website to utilize some of the experience I have in starting businesses, updating and creating processes, etc. The mistake I think I made was getting ahead of myself. I had almost all of the website created before I got to steps 7! Good for Josh in that I was working hard...bad for Josh in that he got ahead of himself....
I'm thinking that the niche I am looking at is too broad. So, I'm going to keep the website "How to Succeed In Small Business" but I'm going to make the focus of it much more narrow. I just have to figure out what the narrower focus is going to be. If you have any suggestions...please let me know!
I also need to rethink the pages I have up. After watching steps 8 and 9 in the Get Started Here trainings, I need to make the pages more practical and more of a help to the people visiting.
Back to the drawing board...kinda ;)

Hi I know what you mean I am mind boggled on how to get a lot of this put together pictures won't go where I want them, fonts won't change colors from other fonts, and I know what I want but it is just not happening at this time. It is like knowing what car or truck that you want and then going to the lot only to find your finances just don't go that way. So you have to start over to get that vehicle. At least your working on your site I have gotten caught up in trying to help everyone which is great I love it, but it is not getting my site done. Just thought I would let you know the ship may be sinking but hold on to that life raft help is on the way.
