Not sure what I did but now when I try to create or edit a page the Visual tab in the editing menu does not work. I can see my post under the Text tab but not the Visual.. Ever
Someone else came up with another solution, just found it. NEW Solution To Blank Visual Editor
If you haven't made any changes to your post. I generally just click view post at the top and then edit post again. If you have made changes since you opened then I''m not sure.

YES!! After several attempts and chats with customer support, yes it finally worked. they had asked me to Please try by flushing DNS cache also. Ref: http://www.wikihow.com/Flush-DNS
restarted my computer and it took a little bit but it finally appeared.
