When we start a business, sometimes we do not know how to start and, what is worse, if someone mentions the word "Business Plan". Sometimes, this word tends to discourage us.

When we talk about business plan, we refer to the way your business is organized; Who are your customers, what products or services are offered by the solutions that offer them and, more importantly, how to make money with this?

The Canvas is a methodology that was officially born in 2010, as a tool for new innovative business models. Canvas is a type of form that will help you organize these ideas and understand how to execute your business plan.

The business model of Canvas consists of 9 key elements common to the graphic representation of a company.

Infrastructure

1. - Key activities: these are the most important tasks in the implementation of the proposed value of a company.

2. - Key elements: they are the means that are necessary to create value for the client. It is considered an asset for a company. These resources can be human, financial, physical and intellectual.

3. - Key partners of the network: to streamline operations and reduce the risks of a business model, the organization often developed relationships between buyers and suppliers to develop their core business.

Offer

4. - Value proposal: the collection of products and services offered by a company to meet the needs of its customers; The value proposition of a company is what distinguishes its competitors.

The value proposition provides value through various elements such as novelty, performance, personalization, performance, design, brand / status, price, cost reduction, risk reduction, accessibility and ease of use.

Customers

5. - Segments of customers: build an effective business model, a company must identify which customers will respond. You can segment several customer groups according to the different needs and attributes to ensure the correct implementation of the corporate strategy.

6. - Channels: A company can deliver its value proposition to its customers through different channels. Effective channels distributed on the value proposition of the business in a fast, efficient and profitable way. An organization can reach its customers, either through its own channels (Showcase), main channel partners (distributors) or a combination of both.

7. - Relations with customers: to ensure the survival and success of any company, companies must identify the type of relationship they want to create with their customer segments.

9. - Sources of income: the way in which a company earns revenue in each segment of customers.
