Entrepreneurship with sense using Ikigai

On this occasion I want to write to you about a tool that can be very useful for every entrepreneur. This tool is called Ikigai.

Ikigai, is a Japanese concept that means "the reason for living" or "the reason for being." We all have an Ikigai but we must find out. This search is of the utmost importance, since it is believed that the discovery of Ikigai himself brings satisfaction and sense of life.

The concept of Ikigai can be easily applied in the world of entrepreneurship and business and can be a great help to undertake meaningfully.

To find our Ikigai we could illustrate four circles that represent four large areas that intertwine each other.

1. What we like to do: in this area we put what we really enjoy doing and that we could do every day without getting bored.
2. What we are good at doing: this area is for our abilities and talents, our strengths in front of others.
3. For what they can pay us: this area we put the way to monetize and enter the market.
4. What the world needs: here we put the value we add to the community and others.

While we intertwine these areas, others appear, but if the four are not connected you can never reach the Ikigai. Achieving the combination of these four large areas is not an easy task, but by obtaining the intersection of all these we obtain the Ikigai.

At the time of undertaking we must define our vision in these areas and we will be guaranteeing a future with a purpose of life for your business, as well as personal, professional and financial success.
