If you want to heal much faster Edmund, buy some fresh Ginger root. Slice 6-8 slices into 6-8 cups of water, boil for 20 minutes, flavor it with honey, drink 2-3 cups, twice a day. Ginger is a warming & drying herb, also a mild antibiotic & antiseptic. I've used this all my life, had the flu only once, I use it as a cold preventative & rarely get sick. (-: Jon
