Unexpected Things Will Happen
MyFirstFakeBlog
Since no-one will actually see this post, and I don’t have any concrete content yet for a guitar-related blog, I will just relate a story. A parable if you will.

We had a couple of chicken hens wander onto our front lawn a couple weekends
ago.
We knew that nearby neighbors who were gone for the weekend had chickens, so
we put the hens in a fenced-in garden enclosure in our backyard til the neighbors
returned.
It turned out that the neighbors were not missing any chickens after all,
but they brought us a dozen fresh eggs and a bale of hay for thinking of
them.
We definitely were not set up for chicken farming, but bought a bag of
chicken feed and tried to make the chickens feel at home.
For several nights we tried to keep them in the enclosure, but they were
able to get over the 3-4 foot fence and ended up roosting on the deck
railing.
One morning there was a pile of feathers in the enclosure indicating
something had gotten to one of them during the night - probably a panther,
but maybe a raccoon or housecat.
The next night we waited for them to fall asleep on their roost and put them
in the cages which were now moved onto the deck and locked so they couldn't
wander about.
Same the next night.
They didn't like it but at least they were safe.
In the meantime, I had put some "Lost Chickens?" signs at all the exits from
the neighborhood and got a call Friday from their rightful owners.
Since Kelly was in New York City that day I asked if I could keep them
another day so she could say goodbye to them - we had grown attached and
were planning on buying materials to build a coop on Saturday. They agreed.
The next day, after Kelly had said her goodbyes, I trapped one of them in a
box held up by a stick attached to a rope, but immediately let him go since
I knew I wouldn't be able to catch the more wily one very soon.
Later when they wandered to the narrow path behind the garage, enclosed on
two sides by the garage itself and a chain-link fence, I closed off one end
to make a box canyon. Then came in from the other side and put the cage over
them while they were still stunned after running away and arriving at the dead end.
All those cowboy movies I saw as a kid finally paid off.
Anyway, they are now gone home, but we can still walk past their yard and
wave hi to them, and thank them for all the eggs they laid for us during
their visit.

I don't understand what you mean by this being your first fake blog, or that no one will see it, because really everyone can see this :p
But that's a really nice story. I happen to like animals, even snakes and reptiles, and those hens are sooo fat and cute haha. We used to have some as well, they also wandered about and kept coming back to our yard.
Good that you found the owners too.
Have a nice day, and good luck here at WA!
Just joined Premium today so I've read or seen hardly any of the premium content. But one of the first instructions was to Write a Blog. I didn't read the instructions very closely, if at all, and didn't realize it was supposed to be about becoming premium. I do realize that anyone can see this, but with the jillions of websites and blogs, the chances are not yet very high that anyone would come across it. I'm glad at least one did. Thank you caisaki.
