Hey! Congratulations, I'm a mother as well! I miss the baby stage so much. At this point in their lives, i focused on being close with them, baby wearing was a big thing for me. Make faces at them like stick your tongue out so they mimic that and try to make silly vowel sounds like ba ba ba da da da la la la - you're making a foundation for their learning right now! I learned a lot from watching "baby babble" on youtube, it's two child speech pathologists that created the video and its great to watch together. Baby Einstein is not so good, I do not recommend that.

Congratulations again, you're in for a scary but rewarding ride :P! Hopefully baby sleeps well for you so you can work on your tasks here at WA but I wouldn't worry too much about anything else but your baby and sleeping at this point. Sleep and getting help from family is very important right now.
