Nice post. Here's my morning routine.
1. I get up and into my wheelchair, head to the kitchen, and pour some of my spouse's leftover coffee brew into my cup. I enhance it with turmeric, black pepper, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, and a spoonful of real butter. I mix that in and drink it. I often fix hot tea instead, and when I do, I use the turmeric/ginger brand from The Republic of Tea.
2. I feed my small dog his kibbles (he turns his nose up at them at first but comes back later in the day and eats them).
3. I read at the table while drinking my coffee, stopping occasionally to watch the birds at the feeder outside my window.
4. Put a load of towels in the washer.
5. Read Wealthy Affiliate blogs and answer comments and stuff.
6. Work on new blog posts for my two blog sites.
7. Take a break and sit in my recliner with the grounding mat at my feet while I read WA content.
8. Drink a protein drink and sit outside on the deck with the dogs for a while.
9. Go back into the house and fold the dry towels. Drink water, go back to my recliner and research with my AI and save ideals to work on when I'm at my desktop.
10. Get up and fix lunch for my husband and I.
11. Back to my recliner to research some more.
12. The rest of the afternoon, I research on my phone, then go to my desktop and work on my big screen on blog stuff. I alternate between my recliner and my desktop until it's time to make dinner. Then, I usually watch a movie with my husband, go to my office about 9, and stay there until I'm tired working on blog stuff. Sometimes, I'm at my desk for hours and then quit and go lay down and listen to an audiobook until I fall asleep.
Anyway, a lot of my days are like this. I take breaks to rest in my recliner or do housework throughout the day.
On days when I'm in pain, I drink more of my herbal teas, eat CBD gummies and maybe take a tylenol or two. But I still try to work in my recliner even on those days. But I do more reading and surfing the web when I can't get to my desktop computer to work. To create my new blogs, I pretty much have to be able to sit at my desk during those hours.
As for exercises, I do feet and leg exercises while in my recliner at night before I fall asleep.
I'm pretty consistent with researching in my recliner and creating in my wheelchair at my desk.
