Progress Report
Let's start from the beginning. First, I did not know what affiliate marketing was until one of my co-workers was telling me that she had enrolled into an affiliate program (other than WA). I started my research that same day and came to find WA. Initially I was really skeptical and went for the free trial. Not too long after I became a premium member as I believe that there is great opportunity for extra income and maybe one day do this full time. Very exciting.
My goal?
My goal is to work from home making this my full time job and help others along the way. Although my co-worker is with another program, I am grateful that she got me into it. I also would like to become an ambassador one day but not just an ambassador, the ambassador, so watch out Kyle I'm coming for your 1st place!
My experience so far?
As of right now, my experience has been pretty good. I have learned a lot about affiliate marketing. Initially I thought that this would be too easy and make some money immediately because I did not understand that you get what you put into it. Fortunately for me I have you guys! I came to understand that with time and dedication you can make serious money. I am starting to dedicate more time to my website and I am getting ready to purchase my second domain.
What is my niche?
My niche focuses on photography, cameras, parts and accessories. I personally love photography which made me pick this niche. Although I am not an expert, it is easy for me to talk photography at any level and learn from others. I believe that a good photography can come from anywhere using any camera.
A Success?
My first success within WA I believe that it is taking the initiative to start something new. English is my second language, therefore I had a hard time getting myself into writing a blog. The community here is full of great people that make me feel confident with what I am doing. Another success for me is the fact that I was able to work improve and make a very nice website with minimal understanding of website building. Lastly, I consider being part of this community a success.
