Why didn’t I say that? It’s too late now. He or she had raised their bossy voice and you had no chance of replying. How come others always get their way more easily? Very clear images of a conversation that never was keep haunting your mind before you fall asleep.
A great deal of your inner talk may go like: I just can’t stop thinking about it. I wish I had said it faster. It feels exceedingly unfair. I just wish I could’ve spoken my mind with ease and faster without eating his crap. I get upset just the thought of it.
These events may signal an issue with lack of assertiveness and if it’s all simply about standing up for yourself, How to do so in practical ways? Are their healthier ways of speaking your mind and avoiding confrontation at the same time? Will I be disapproved if I express my opinion? Assettivness and Confidence
Is assertiveness yelling? Or getting your anger out? Or always getting your own way?

People have to "want-to" personally develop. to be of good serviceto others.
You will find that "some " people who havean identity crisis in their lives and/ or may have experience a disfunctional upbringing, will be or can become a pain in our a$$es.
