Does google consider copied and pasted products from my affiliate partners website into my website duplicate content? If so then how do I go about doing this if I wished to have a page of products with a link to their checkout station?

It is best to create your own review of an item and then link over to the affiliate site.
Is it ok to use the pictures from their website though?
You will have to read through your agreement with them. Some do, some don't. I always email them if I'm not sure.
