Early Impressions Of Yoast Features

Hi All,

I was asked by many WA members to give my thoughts and updates as I get used to Yoast SEO.

When you write a blog post, Yoast uses a traffic light signal colour code in the Wordpress dashboard. It definitely makes you aware of improvements to be made.

Above is the readability analysis, you can see most are green which is good and one is orange classed as ok. The blue links explains in depth how to improve each section.

This above image comes under the keyword and post name button, but it checks many things on your post and informs on targets you need to reach for SEO. If you are unsure of the meaning, there is a link to click on that explains what you need to do to improve.

This is an excellent feature, although it can be frustrating and very time consuming if you are worried about trying to turn everything to green.

As I progress and learn more things about Yoast, I will let you know
