Links on websites

Anyone.
What have I done.
When I try to create a link on a page from the dashboard or edit an image I get nothing.
I can highlight a word then hit the link chain and paste my URL and hit create link nothing happens. When I check it on the preview page there's no linking of any kind.
When I try to edit an image the edit page opens but it is blank. Can anyone tell me what I may have done.
I did have to restore my computer because of a crash in paint.
Please HELP.

Yep I did save it but it just don't take. I lost a page before so I try to make sure I save every time I leave the page. Thanks I don't know if it's in my computer or my sites.

It may be that you're caching WordPress itself, try emptying your browser cache and cookies and see if that clears up the issue. You're creating links exactly the right way, highlighting some text in the Visual tab, clicking the link icon, etc. :) Rich.
Thanks Rich I have never experienced this before so I don't know if its being blocked or something else. I tried clearing the cache but still nothing. I appreciate you help.
OK, create a quick test siterubix site and see if that has the same issue. If so, it's something at your end. :) Rich.
