Some help finding available URLs
From the start the newbie is at a disadvantage. Coming up with a domain name is really hard for most, and frustrating. Training says it needs to be relevant, chatters say not. Some worry it is too long.
With Google directing a large majority of your traffic to the site it doesn't matter, no one needs to type or even know it most of the time. Yes, john@igaveattheofficeyesterdayok is a long and cumbersome email address but you probably won't have to tell it to anyone. It's mostly used on the site. If it is typed it will be in the contacts, so there.
THIS is the important part I wanted to say. Two words - Thesaurus synonyms. Since your domain isn't relevant to google search anymore (for now at least), it can be anything. I needed another word for modern and, wait for it...I got neoteric. New domain neotericarts.com.
Please comment and correct any misconceptions I may have. I never want to mislead a new WA friend. I am new myself in a way. I was away for a year and am starting all over from scratch in the training.
