My First WA Blog Post

So, I am at the end of level 2 and it hasn't even been a whole month yet. This is very encouraging, especially since I have other responsibilities interrupting my WA work. I am very grateful for a training format that lets me learn as fast or as slowly as I am able within my time constraints.

My niche is leadership. I am currently building a series of posts that build a practical picture of what I would call the right type of leadership to be followed by posts that describe leadership principles to put into effect.

I guess I could say that I am proud of how far I have come in so short a time. Let's see if the trend continues.

My short range goals are mostly concerned with completing my training in as short a time as possible because I want to see how quickly I can generate some income. While WA is going to fall under the heading of a part time job, I still need to prove to myself that I can do this.

My long range goals are too nebulous for me posit right now. Anything I might state now is subject to change depending on other factors in my life at the moment and between now and the next five years.

Otherwise, I'm having a wonderful time.
