My Progress Report

So I'm at the point in my training here at WA where I create myfirst blog post letting the community know my progress thus far. I am atthe end of Level 2 and I must say this has been an experience for me. SomethingI never imagined myself doing. I honestly never thought of myself as anentrepreneur or as a person that could be the boss of anything. So thisprocess has been a huge paradigm shift for me.

I have cancelled my account and re-subscribed twice because Ifelt like I wasn't understanding the material contained in the training and/orfelt I was suffering from information overload. I re-subscribed to WA because1) I made a promise to myself that I would not give up no matter how tough itgot and 2) I realized, I don't have to know everything there is to know aboutAffiliate Marketing. I only need to know a little bit and I can stillearn money and over time, the knowledge will come. I took a step back,took a deep breath, stopped over thinking, and things started to make sense.

My niche is making money online. Which is odd for me because,I've never made a dime online.......yet. But I figure if I'mlearning this niche as I go, I may be able to help someone else that's lookingfor the same success I'm looking for and we can both be profitable togetherwhile helping each other.

One of the things I'm proud of learning through this process ishow to change my thinking from one of an employee which I am during my days toone of a business owner, which I will be with the guidance of WA. Yousee, in my day job, I work about 10 - 11 hours a day, 5 days a week. AndI can never really dictate my own hours. Meaning, if I only want to work6 hours, I can't do that. I'm on somebody else's time clock.

But working my business, I can work as much or as little as Ichoose. Just today, I told myself there was a few tasks I wanted tocomplete within the WA training. I completed all tasks after only about 4or 5 hours. Now I realized it's not the quantity of production thatcounts, but rather the quality of production. It doesn't matter if I work1 hour or 9 hours. The important thing is am I learning and am Icompleted the daily goals and tasks I set for myself.

I was productive and completed my tasks and I was able to make adecision to work whatever hours I wanted to work, without asking anyone'spermission. That's very empowering.

So I'm going to keep on keeping on with WA. My goal in thenext 3 months is to make my very first commission online! I am well on myway!! I will do this! That's my promise to myself.
