In my last post I said I would talk about creating as Sales Funnel.

The sales funnel is just one in a long series of the way Internet marketing has evolved.I’m old enough to be a part of that evolution.Before I talk about the sales funnel, let me tell you a little about my journey into Internet Marketing.I actually began online marketing before there was a World Wide Web which was founded in 1989 by Sir Tim Berners-Lee.

Obviously, I needed a computer.My first computer was Commodore 64.

I joined AOL in the early nineties.I also used two other services, Prodigy and CompuServe. Both of them had something called Business Bulletin Boards where you could place classified ads.And that’s what I did.Of course I had to use a post office box the receive replies to my ads.

As I started on online business I needed a better compute; a computer designed more for business purposes.So I bought a Radio Shack TRS 80.This had its own monitor. (with the Commodore I Had to connect it to my TV).The TRS 80 had its own word processor and a spread sheet software called visacalc.Here is a link to You Tube about this spread sheet on early computers.

So much from my early days.Here is information in the latest way to market and sell products on the Internet, The Sales Funnel.

In the beginning, the Internet marketer would only offer one product to the buyers.The Sales Funnel is the latest marketing method that most novice Internet marketers do not know about. If you are not using this model in your Internet business, you are indeed leaving big opportunities to waste.
