Post WA Black Friday Update.
Well, how is everyone on this fine Sunday evening ( or wherever you are in the world.) Here's my final regarding the WA Black Friday Promotion. I had a couple interesting observations as I did Charles Litchman's Strategy of tallying up a list of:
"Accomplished" on the left side and the "not accomplished" o the right side of notebook. It's kind of similar to the Ben Franklin Close that I usually do; this was more appropriate, though. Anyway, the end result was That I tallied up thirteen movements (tasks) accomplished on the left side and two tasks accomplished on the right side.
To back up a bit, my strategy I chose for this WA Black Friday was "video" marketing. Now one would think that it's great that I got more accomplished than not...WRONG! Because in being totally transparent, the tasks on the right hand side of not accomplished was the "payoff."
Please stay with me here...the thirteen things accomplished were definitely important (leading up to the payoff) but, however, not near as important as creating and uploading the videos; which is where I fell short...the payoff.
I did the 90% mental but dropped the ball on the 10% execution (as Mike Dillard says it) because of letting the elements and spiritual warfare get in the way. I gave up at 2:00am eastern time on Friday and I was fighting a losing battle and couldn't do it anymore; just trying (I know bad word) to get the first video created and published.
Now. of course, I am fully aware there's a price to pay for this ( I know I should ease up and move on...and I will) and I will man up. The price will be that I'll have to start looking to do freelancing/ ghostwriting so as to make the "now" money of trade time for dollars...that's the rub!
And I 'll probably have to put the affiliate bootcamp on ice for a while. However, there is a "positive" to this whole debacle as well. I learned to take the video script paragraph by paragraph as far as memorizing it goes. That part became a lot easier...hope that helps somebody.
Well, in closing, don't let my WA Black Friday experience be yours. Learn from this experience and make sure nothing or anyone get's in your way. I'd love to hear your story good, bad, or indifferent.
Onward and upward,
JC
P.S. Thanks so much to Kyle and Carson for this WA Black Friday Launch Opportunity.
