According to the news this morning, the CDC and the WHO will not approve any vaccine for at least eight months. More testing required they say.

It isn't the best, it is something we knew could happen, but our governments weren't adequately prepared for. The only defense at this point against it is distance and a lot of people still are not taking this seriously.

We can beat this if we all work together, but we can't do a haphazard job. We will limp along like this for year(s) if we don't all take this seriously.

There are all brighter days ahead, humanity is brilliant and we WILL get through this. We just need some time and patience.

I'd say it's pretty severe, Joe. You can't see the enemy, so you have no way of knowing for sure how close it is until it's too late. Just be careful and follow the lock down guidelines. What else can we do?

Here in my country almost everything's closed. You can't go out of your own house without a "quarantine pass", and even with the pass your name must be signed in that pass so you can be granted access to the outside world. And we can only go out at set times, with a curfew being implemented from 8 pm - 5 am.
