An updated overview of my Morning Rituals .. and some of the Affirmation sources.

... (excerpted from my daily Journal)

1) Wake up early (before the sun) to start your day!

2) Drink a liter of water and take daily vitamins and supplements.

3) Start out your day

(don’t check phone or tablet for at least 1hr !)

(3a) Hot Coffee & Sit out on deck

...... ("Look & Listen" at least 30 min)

(3b) Eat 'something'

4) Preview your day

As your day begins, you probably have a long list of things to remember and get done. But if you don’t take at least one small step towards a personal goal or dream today, you will have missed a once in a lifetime opportunity.

Small steps happen because we make them a priority. Declare what your small step will be today, and put it near the top of your list!

• Get into your Determined mode and just do it.

• Whatever your dream is - start making it your reality

• You are here because you want something

• You are here because you want to make a change in your life

• You may even be here because you are sick and tired of being sick and tired

• You may be fed up of going round and round in circles and getting nowhere.

• You may want to change things in your life THIS YEAR.....

• Right here right now you can start that transition ....

• Become the YOU that you dream of.

7) **** Work On Web Presence "At least" 2 hours, at some point during the day!!! ****

8) Try to WALK >15min every day

9) Breathe .. (Very Important)

10) "... Be gentle with yourself.

You are a child of the universe,
no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.


Therefore Be at peace with God,
whatever you conceive Him to be,
and whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul.


With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world.
Be cheerful.
Strive to be happy.
