Have patience and learn to share," a giving hand is better than a receiving hand".

Yesterday I was completely minding my business. Working as usual, the only difference is that it was really hot. So I decided to have a seat and rest for a while. Then I found this beautiful tree with a wonderful shade. As I sat, I felt comfortable and fresh again to go on with my work.

But when I am to think about it now. I am like, how did this tree come to be this fine. So large to offer shade to more than 10 people and not selfish at all to strangers. Any one can seat, have a rest and continue with their journey.

That is how life should be like. I would like to think so. But unfortunatly it isn't. People are so impatient and selfish that they think by sharing their wealth or blessings with other they will lose it all. Others are so impatient that they think whatever they need must be achieved there and then.

But that is not how life is. Just like that tree, you have to be patient with whatever your doing. Give your life, business, marriage, time to grow roots, steam, leaves, flowers and then fruits that you will enjoy later on. If you are not patient, trust me, life will teach you the hard way of how to become patient.

Rushing yourself to achieve anything will just lead you into a deep pit that you will regret later on. I shared my part of that regret, I hope you won't have to wait to experience it yourself so that you can learn.

And learn to share with others. They may not be needy but sharing is caring. And you don't have to be relatives or even have a reason to share your knowledge, money, time, a meal with some one. Just have a humble and giving heart.

Remember, "a giving hand is better than a receiving hand".

Enjoy your christmas holidays.

Amusingly, I was just reading a novel based on Buddhist principles which makes this very point!

Great thoughts.
Thanks
