Every single day, millions or billions of text messaging happening round the clock.
Friend to friend, boy to girl, wife to husband, daughter to mum, etc. One of the most common words used daily is Ok when texting messages, right?
We all are using the word Ok every single day as it is a very common word. But, what if when texting and someone replied with just 'K' instead of Ok? Do you actually feel offended or annoyed?
Well, I honestly do. Is not hard to type an O together as Ok right? The fact is the word 'K' in a text message has some meaning. It is just like telling you, for example, not interested to discuss the matter or I don't really give a shxx now, or could be I'm just very busy right now.

Imagined if you are on a date and your date kept replying with a 'K' each time you are sending him/her a text, ouch, that's pretty hard to sink in.

How do you actually respond back to this kind of reply? Will you respond to it or not? In general, I do not respond back haha, I just treat it as things are just doing fine. However, if this happens again and again with that same person, I will speak it out to him/her.
Regardless of what situation you are in, I think it is best to reply Ok, Okie, Okay. The last one really tells me that the person is professional.
I also do not think that texting back as K is an impolite response but I just don't feel so great about replying in such a way. Besides, as I said earlier, adding an O together as Ok, is not that difficult after all.
So, what's your thought on these Ok or K things?
Have a good one everyone, Ok :)
Joe.
