Hey guys! I have a question.
, does year on the url affect rankings on google? Example if in the url, there is 2017 but It is already 2018. Will the ranking of the post get
Hey John,
You can target year within the url to help your rankings.
I personally try to avoid adding years to URLs. The reason being is because if a product gets updated, you could then lose rankings by having a year in the URL to new updated reviews.
I just finished an entire site updated and had a review with the year 2015 on it. So after analyzing that, I’ve decided not to add years unless it’s something I really wanna target for a how to... or a what is... type of post.
That’s my two cents on the topic.
Hope all is well,
Todd

The year in the title can help but it's better to edit the permalink to leave it out so you can update the following year by changing the title.

Can I use prepaid card in paying in WA?
Hi John -- good question: WA accepts payments through both credit cards & paypal -- your card should work as long as it is still current and there is sufficient USD funds loaded on it to make the full payment ...
Hope it works out for you ... all the best, cheerio... :)

Hi guys! I received a notice from a company i review. Here is there message:

You are not supposed to use their stuff, like logos, so remove it.
After that, if they persist, copy-paste what Beau said (the part with stars).
If you only gave your opinion, and made it clear that it is your opinion, then they cannot file any suit against you.
It is legal to give your opinion and it is legal to give a recommendation.
I have recently gone through this My First Cease & Desist Order! I removed the images they wanted, made it clear on the post that I was an affiliate for another company and emailed them back.
They replied saying I needed to delete the whole post. I replied telling them to get *******
I haven't received a reply lol
Really? I was scared because it was my first time receiving a formal letter with all the legal matters on my email. So I deleted my post earlier. Maybe next time, when I receive another notice, I will do your suggestion. Thanks! Much Appreciated.
They just would of been antsy because of using their images. Once you get rid of that then you should be fine because you are jsut sharing an opinion. No laws against that. They know that.
I have filed MANY personal lawsuits and even more when I worked at the Justice Department. This is a Cease and Desist notice. This is generally the first step.
1)At this point they are just informing you .that you are doing something illegal and that you should STOP and NOT do it again.
2)Lawsuits cost money. They are hoping that you are honorable and will stop what you are doing without any further notice. They have already decided to file suit against you. If you do not stop, this shows the judge that your actions are malicious and pretty much guarantees them a win. You generally have 30 days before the next step.
3) Next Steps.... these vary depending on who you are. For Me. I am ALWAYS going to hit your finances. In many cases, law enforcement is involved. Whatever it is, it will be very unpleasant for you...
Most people are not knowledgeable enough to know the legal limits. Others will pay for an attorney, costing them more money. It costs you NOTHING to just stop what you are doing and become legal.
It sounds like they are a bit of a warpath. I would definitely get legal advice or just delete the post,
It's not worth the hassle.
A lot of take down notices are bluff but I would consult a lawyer and get a proper legal opinion.
I reviewed isagenix. I don't think that I did any illegal things. I just stated my opinion about them.
You should ask a lawyer.
Legal advice is needed in such cases.
If we are throwing in our "wild guesses" we might do more harm than good.
Is it the company SBI? ^^
No matter which company it is, did you write an honest review and really researched it thoroughly?
Don't be one of those guys that says "every product is bad....only WA is good.". ;)
I also received notice from SBI. I didn't say that the company is bad. Actually, I stated that SBI has also a good platform. But in the end part, I also presented WA. And that's what they are angry about.
Yeah, I had a little discussion with one of the founders of SBI on Facebook.
Whenever you write a review about them, but then recommend something different, they will complain about it. xD
I haven't reviewed SBI yet, but I am tempted to do so now. ;)
It is just ridiculous that SBI even pays for Facebook ads just to try to give WA a bad name. They must be on a sinking ship to be that desperate.
Thanks for the response. I think I will just delete my post. I don't want any problem or issue.
