Keep Moving Forward: Vision, Mission, and Values

From August 23rd to September 7th, 2025, I’ve been busy making some major improvements in my work. Most of this time went into updating the featured images for my articles—making them branded, professional, and consistent with my chosen color palettes and watermarks. This was made possible by ChatGPT-5, a tool I didn’t even know could handle this level of creative support until I tried it!
Alongside that, I also updated several articles, deleted the ones that no longer fit, and restructured my website menus. Today, my site looks more professional and is positioned for serious business. That alone was a huge motivation booster.
Next, I’m tackling my 100 Amazon books. I’m starting with their covers—using the same fonts and colors across all of them for branding consistency. And you know what? Even while I was still updating, I saw sales come in. That reminded me of a simple truth: humans still judge books by their covers. A professional look matters.
Now, instead of updating book content (I already did a major content overhaul back in February 2025), I’m focusing on design and branding. After that, I’ll shift gears to sharing my work across Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, all while building traffic to my author website.

Lessons for You
Here’s what I want to remind you, my fellow Wealthy Affiliate family:
- Have a personal vision, mission, and values. These are what will keep you moving even when results seem slow or frustrations hit.
- I’ve had website issues that nearly broke my momentum. It’s especially frustrating when your site is down or glitching right at the moment you’re most creative. But I’ve learned: there’s always a way to cope. Step back, refocus, and keep building.
Final Thought
Your journey won’t always feel smooth. Sometimes you’ll be rebranding, restructuring, or even deleting old work that no longer fits your vision. But every step—whether small updates or major changes—is a step toward professionalism, consistency, and growth.
So, keep moving forward. Covers still sell books. A fresh look still draws readers. And your vision, mission, and values will keep you going, even when things don’t work out as expected.
