1. Sugar and synthetic sweeteners

2. Refined Flour

3.Dairy

4. Fried foods

5. Artificial additives (ex: fruit loops)- these often bring the color to cereals etc...

6. Saturated fats

7.Processed meats

8.Almost all fast food

9.Anything with trans fat

10. Alcohol (moderation if any
