My new life as an online entrepreneur

I decided when i found this site that i was going to be all in. And in doing so I decided to track my progress, successes and failures along the way. Hopefully this will be an encouragement to others. Plus one very big step in creating a blog and tracking my progress makes it much more difficult to quit. This is a way of holding myself accountable and moving forward.

I am new to online marketing although i have spent some time looking around at other courses, blogs, etc and like what WA has to offer. I do know that simply finding my niche, builing a web site and getting it online and even in the google search will do nothing without promoting it and building a fan base.

Today online social media can take a simple site with little traffic and turn it into a successful online business. But unfortunately i hardly ever get on facebook and do not even have a twitter or any other social media accounts. I am using WA as beginning and will attemp to build from there and take the necessary steps to build my online business.

If you follow my progress I undoubtedly will make many mistakes. Yet the surest way to fail is to never begin. And I would much rather do this for a living than most other things that I can think of. I once had an employee that was looking for different work and I had told him about a job at McDonalds. He scoffed at it as though he was to good to get a job at McDonalds and I replied “It just depends how hungry you are.” If you are broke and have no money then a job at McDonalds can be quite appealing. Thus I have to ask myself “How hungry am I to be financially secure and to not have to get a job at McDonalds?”
