waht have you tried so far? what login details....i.e admin and pw from the wa site manager details or your gravatar login details...try both. for some reason my gravatar details sometimes get me in :-))

I got the FTP username and FTP password.

But when I am entering these username and password it is not working.

It is showing invalid username and password.

You do not go in by using FTP, you go in by the WP in log form. Add your website address +/wp-admin into your browser, and you'll be fine
