Encouragement needed!
I have only been with WA for a few weeks but I am in need of Christmas shopping money so am getting impatient to see SOME income coming in. I can't put that much time in so it's only an hour or two a day so I know that is slowing me down. I feel like I have a good structure of my website but what else can I do to speed up the process of getting steady traffic and indexed in google?
Would love to hear some suggestions and stories of others and how long it took to get some money :)

The length of time that it takes to have money coming in can vary - particularly to the amounts I suspect that you want coming in. You really have to be realistic. If you want suggestions on your site - can you post a link

Website with .org at the end don't index as well with Google as much as .com. Who is your target market? Is your Keywords targeted to them? I will take a look at your website and come back to you on my thoughts about it.

You will need to create a lot of post with great content and get your post you have created on the first page of google that way people will see it and go yo your site. Also look at it this way when you are searching for something on google what do you do click on the ones on the first, second or third page. It will take awhile to get this accomplished so do not give up keep moving forward.
