Hello all,

I would like to start this off with a huge THANK YOU! to everyone here. Without each of you this would not be possible.

I was logging in today to my site and I had a critical error come up and my heart hit my toes. I stared backed out and tried again and bam! same message. I thought to myself, well, what did you do this time, and how the heck are you going to fix this? Now the panic started to really set in. I closed out the computer and sat for a moment staring at the top of the laptop it hit me"Site Support!!!!!!", Yesss , I fumbled trying to unlock my laptop(who invented that push and pull button anyway?) That thing sucks when you are in a hurry. After the struggle with the lid I managed to get everything opened up I click on the website link and their it was at the end of the list almost glowing . I then slid my now stubbed finger tip across the mouse pad and click twice with my other digit.

OH MAN, their it was the best little saying ,"Site support ticket submission" I know it don't seem like much to you when things are going good but let me tell you when you have Critical issues that whhewww, is priceless.

I go through the ticket submission questionaire and click send. As I begin to wind down I wrap up the now stubbed and slightly burnt tip of my finger and I starts wondering, oh sh%%, this could take a while. I don't know about the rest of you but when I go panic mode on how long it could take. I don't think minutes or a day. No I start thinking Critical issue that has got to take days, weeks, months, ........a year. Am I locked out for good . Oh no! that's about when I noticed a notification, it was them, they already reviewed my ticket. No way that was too fast this has got to be bad news. Guess what ? nope not bad news at all these guys and gals are the best of the best they had that critical issue resolved in minutes. CHEERS! to you Site Supoport Team. You guys and gals showed that critical wasn't going to be an issue.

Well, that was my wealthy affiliate day today. I hope you enjoyed the story and don't forget to give a shout out to our behind the scenes, critical issue butt kickers.

I'm glad you got it straightened out. Site support is the best! They have fixed issues on my websites many times in a timely manner!

Yeah Site Support can handle just about all 5 alarm fires on a website. Glad you got it all sorted so quickly without too much nerve-racking.
