My journey summer 2020
I just joined today, June 1, and I am looking forward to seeing my future business become a success! For the last few weeks I've been dealing with some issues at home but it's gotten to the point where either I do something NOW to change my circumstances or just accept the situation. Might not be so dramatic for someone else but I have to do SOMETHING before I get left behind-my biggest fear.
My journey started a while ago and it led me to choose starting a business vs pursuing a degree. And for now I'm fine with that. A little background: I'm 26 and 5 years ago I had a ruptured brain aneurysm that left me in a coma for weeks. It had me feeling hopeless because I couldn't even walk or feed myself, let alone go back to school or work. Everything changed when my sister had her first daughter and I realized that I was a poor example of a man for her to look up to. I didn't want my niece to see me feeling sorry for myself.
My desire changed. I want to succeed from not even being able to get a job to owning my own THRIVING business. I still have a lot to learn and will document my journey here. A small tip: take up meditation and visualize your success. Change your thoughts, feelings, actions, and emotional behavior to a mindset that is focused on your own growth as a human being and never compare yourself to anyone else but the you from yesterday. That way your growth is aligned with your outer world.
