Learn To Blog With Wealthy Affiliate

Hey Fellow Bloggers,

Blogging is something I have not done before this program, it's been just a few short weeks now but this is my 2nd post here, and my 5th post overall so far, as I learn to blog with wealthy affiliate, why 2 here and 5 overall? I am still not sure I know why that is, but it is,

I had asked a question about having 2 sites because my profile only showed 1 blog post, but I actually had 4, so I think I now realize I only had 1 posted to the wealthy affiliate site and the other 4 are on my WordPress site? do you think that is correct? it is also under 2 different names, the profile name as shown here and the .com I bought is the other, any insight on this issue would be appreciated,

This Is My Story And I'm Sticking To It - Les Brown

I own and operate my own Lawn Irrigation business which I started in 1990 and still own and operate today, however, it is a seasonal business, Spring, Summer, and Fall, so I also have a Winter J.O.B. which takes up a lot of my time, and energy, it comes with a 3:30 am alarm so finding time to do this has been a real challenge for me, but actually completing 5 blog posts is impressive for me so that is exciting (for me) haha,

So after this post is done, I will see if I can help with 2 unanswered questions as per the instructions for this lesson and that will have me complete stage 2 of the training here which again is exciting (for me) haha,

So we will have to see where I am at the 3-month mark because April is the start of my busy season through June then it mellows out a little but I am not going to let that be an excuse or reason as these lessons aren't simple but they are easy to accomplish 1 at a time so my plan is to do my best to get in here at least 2-3 times a week to complete a lesson and that's my goal for now,

Speaking Of Goals,

In a lot of the teachings, I have gone through one of the things that stick in my head is if you really want to reach and achieve the goals you have to write them down,

Put them where you can see them every day so that you do not lose sight of your goals, so I have done that here in this post but also on a stick note on my laptop so whenever I open it my goal to sign in here and do a lesson will be the first thing I see, so there is a little something for you if, in fact, you are here reading this and you did not know this little fun fact, now you do, hope it helps you and I both find massive success! Speaking of success,

Finding Success May Take time,

So have you ever noticed that for some it looks easy, they seem to have the Midas touch, everything they touch turns to gold as if they were an overnight success, well after listening to endless hours of speeches by the likes of Earl Nightengale, Napoleon Hill, Jim Rohn, Zig Ziglar, Les Brown, Bob Proctor, Forbes Riley, Tony Robbins, and the list goes on and on, they have all mentioned the same thing, they were a mess before they had a message, it took time and trial and error to get to where they are now, and that is a good thing to know because I am a mess writing this message!

But thanks to them and now this wealthy affiliate program I know it's only a matter of time and sticking with it that will eventually get me where I want to be in the not so far future, the point is it does not happen overnight, like the old saying "Rome Wasn't Built In A Day" so if you have been at this a while like I have or you are just getting started, know that it takes time, less for some than others but we all learn at our own pace, mine seems to be a snail's pace but even snail's get where they are going eventually, the point here is the only way to fail is to quit, I will not quit no matter how long it seems to be taking and again a lot of that is my own fault but never the less I am here writing this never-ending paragraph but that is also part of learning,

In Closing,

I have learned that the most successful people are doing what they love to do, unfortunately for me what I fell in love with doing a whole lot of years ago was a business that is very hard labor, requires me to drive from house to house which takes a lot of time that we never get back and is a cut-throat business that will never find me financial freedom, so here I am starting a blog that I can do from anywhere in pursuit of finding that dream I am now in search of as I get ready to sell that business and retire from that J.O.B.

So if you have one don't quit your day job thinking this happens overnight, but don't give up on your dreams because with effort and time it does happen as long as you do not quit, I am here and I am not going to quit!

Write down your goals and read them every day, don't lose sight of your dreams, as hard as it may seem sometimes keep on feeding yourself knowledge about what it is you want to do and do what you love, it makes no sense doing something you do not want to do just for the sake of making a dollar, thank you for reading this post if, in fact, you did, and with that, I have hit 1000 words so thank you again for reading, your comments are appreciated :)
