Hi Jill! Your niche is awesome and you have some good info on your site. Two things I'm suggesting:

1. The font is too light; you may want to take this into consideration if your demographics include people past the age of 35 or 40 (when most people begin seeing a change in their vision).
2. I understand why you have a video up but - for there's not enough info there for me to want to click and spend time on a video. Remember - you only have a few seconds to get your reader's attention so you may want to consider proving some education first before the video.

I absolutely love your theme and really appreciate that you have an "about me" on the side with your picture. It makes a huge difference!
