First of all, congratulations on having your content indexed! Considering the fact that you started fairly recently, that's a good achievement.
I have more than half of my content indexed in Google. I don't know why not all are indexed yet.
Not to worry, it will happen.
But you can give Google a little help by requesting indexing.
to do that simply

open Google search console, copy the URL of any post you want indexed and paste it in the search bar to make a request.
You can do that for all the posts, but do it one post at a time
