How bad can it get? Well I've just discovered that my niche will now have new regulations. I was going to put together a site about vaping and e-cigerettes. But new uk regulations means I may not be able to promote or provide an affiliate program for this topic. I have written to the relevant department for clarification but it looks like the site is doomed before it even starts.
When you choose your niche please be sure to look into the way future regulations could affect you.
